- TATTOO'S -

How are the tattoos applied? 

Our tattoos can be easily applied in a matter of seconds (plus a few minutes of staring in the mirror  at how amazing they look!). All tattoos come with easy to follow instructions.

How long do they last? 

Our tattoos generally last between 2-5 days. If kept in good condition they can last well over a week. Many factors can affect the durability of the tattoo, such as the position on the body, as parts of the body where skin stretches more, tattoos tend to wear off faster, particularly near joints. It is also best to avoid clothing that will cause friction and rubbing of the tattoo, and any contact with oily substances. 

Are your tattoos safe?

Luna Valley tattoos are clinically tested and are 100% safe for use on skin and are non-toxic. However if you have any kind of reaction, such as tingling or redness, please remove the tattoo as instructed with the tattoo. It is not advised to use on sensitive skin. 

Will it come off in the shower?

Our tattoos are waterproof, so no need to worry about taking showers (in fact, please do!), as long as you avoid rubbing the tattoo, it should be fine.

We ship worldwide! 

How much does shipping cost?

For UK orders we offer FREE SHIPPING!

For everywhere else we offer a flat rate charge of £3.30, or FREE for orders over £15. 

When will I receive my order?

All parcels are ready to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class and usually take 2-3 working days to arrive.

For orders outside of UK, it can take between 5-7 working days for the tattoos to arrive.

Please note your parcel may be delayed by Customs as well as by your local postal service, therefore the above transit times cannot be guaranteed and unfortunately are out of our control once we have dispatched. We encourage customers to check with their local post office if they notice a delay with their order (longer than 2 weeks). 

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer a tracked service at the moment, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. On the positive, we rarely have any problems with post getting to you! 

Who will deliver my order? 

We ship all our orders from UK with Royal Mail, they ship it to your country. once the package arrives in the destination country,it is handled by the local mail provider. For example: in Spain it can be MRW, Correos, SEUR or TNT Spain, in Australia it can be Australia Post, in the US it is usually USPS.

Will I be charged duties for my order? 

UK and Northern Ireland customers will never be charged for import taxes or duties. International orders may incur import taxes or duties based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. 
Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

I haven't received my order?

Please note your parcel may be delayed by Customs as well as by your local postal service, therefore the above suggested transit times cannot be guaranteed and unfortunately are out of our control once we have posted the order. We encourage customer's to check with their local post office if they notice a delay with their order (longer than 2 weeks). 

If your package has been undeliverable to the address stated on your order, your local mail provider may send the package back to us. This usually happens after multiple attempts to deliver the package. If we receive the undelivered package we will inform you by email and issue you a full refund on the tattoos purchased, unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs. Please note it can take up to three months for an undelivered package to be sent back to us, depending on the local mail company policies. 

 

 - RETURNS & REFUNDS - 

 You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
If your return is approved, we will refund the full amount to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Luna Valley is not responsible for lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

If you received a defective tattoo (highly unlikely!), please contact us at info@lunavalley.co.uk, and you may be asked for a photograph of the product so we can proceed with case as necessary. Each outcome is  on a case by case basis.
